One of the world top killer...CIGARETTE SMOKE!


As we all concern, cigarette smoke is not a part of a healthy life habit. It brings pollution to the environment and also badness to men not only physically but also economically. 





  Do you know that one cigarette consists of more than 4000 harmful chemical substances?
Some of them are acetone (basic substance in paint), ammonia (found in household cleaners), hydrogen cyanide (poisonous gas), methane (sewer gas),chloroform (toxic chemical which can cause cancer), mercury (chemical which can bring damage to kidney, liver and heart) and, the three major substances which are:
  1. TAR. It is a black substance which damages lungs. This substance consists of  43 chemical substance which are the agent of cancer.
  2. CARBON MONOXIDE. It is a toxic gas which is usually produced from car exhaust.
  3. NICOTINE. Which acts like heroin drugs that brings damage to brain and causes smokers to become addictive.


Some harmful/negative effects of cigarette smoke for...

IMMEDIATE TERM:
1. Cough and sore throat.
2.Bad breath and stained teeth.
3.Great heart beat and high blood pressure.
4.Risk the life of passive smokers around you.
5.Become addicted to cigarette smoke. 

LONG TERM:
1.Damage organs such as liver, lungs, brain and kidney.
2.Cause cancer and tumor. 
3.Diabetes.
4.Heart attack/failure.
5.Wrinkles
6.Serious breathing difficulties.
7.Gum disease.
8.Stomach ulcers.

OTHER CASES:
1.Miscarriage to pregnant women.
2.Athsma to secondhand smoker.
3.Setting bad example to children.

 
It is difficult to quit from smoking once you are addicted to it and it may take a long time for it but  remember that it is not impossible thing to do. 

Here are some useful which can be followed to quit from smoking:
1.Make a date for you to stop from it and stick to it.
2.KEEP YOUR MIND OFF FROM CIGARETTES

Throw away all the remaining cigarettes, matches and anything which are linked to it.

3.GET SUPPORTS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY. 

Ask them to help you and give morale support.

4.SAVE MONEY!  
Collect the amount of money that are usually spent on buying the cigarettes. By this, the sum of money can be used for other benefiting things.

5.SEEK AN EXPERT! Consult and ask them for help. They can give you a lot of useful advices and even give you therapy!

6.BE MORE ACTIVE. 

Physical exercises can boost up morale and help you to relax.

7.BE OPTIMISTIC. Set your mind that you can do it and be confident of your abilities!

8.REMEMBER. Remember that smoking can only destroy your health and life!

9.Say,"Sorry, I'm not smoking,'' proudly and confidently. 

10.If you fail, always TRY and TRY again! Remember, failure is not the end of everything. It's never too late.
